Sweet Pea ensure the highest quality with all of its products, that’s why we take the utmost care when packaging you're items before they are dispatched, using the most durable and protective materials to ensure your order arrives to you safely.
How long will my order take to arrive?
With most orders you will receive your items within 6-7 working days. All items are sent using royal mail unless otherwise agreed by telephone before purchase. The standard rate for this is £3.25.For overseas shipping please contact us at sales@sweet-pea.co.uk.
My order still hasnt arrived?
With most cases we might have already sent your order. To see your order status login and navigate to "your account" (located under the search bar after login) from here you can see any orders made by yourself. Any orders marked "Complete" indicates that your order has been shipped. If you have an order that is still pending please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
My Item is damaged?
Any damaged items must be reported within 24hrs. We will then ask you to send the item back to recieve a full replacement. We cannot stress this enough, Report it within 24hrs!!
